Robert Adelson, Executive Employment Lawyer
As an employment attorney, I concentrate on getting important results for business leaders. I represent and advise C-Level executives: CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CTOs, CFOs, presidents, vice presidents and other senior executives, primarily on matters related to their interests as employees and stakeholders in the companies they work to build and develop.
I represent clients not only in Massachusetts, but around the United States. See, for example, some of my representative cases where I have successfully represented executive clients working for companies in New York, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois and other states.
Drawing on more than 25 years of relevant experience in employment law, executive contracts and tax matters, including an advanced law degree (L.L.M. in Taxation from NYU), I empower my clients to position themselves optimally with regard to compensation and bonuses, as well as employee equity. I also handle matters involving severance and termination agreements, and retention and change of control contingencies. My practice is geared toward:
- C-level executives and senior executives who are negotiating their offer letters, term sheets and employment contracts
- CEOs and accomplished business leaders in need of a top mediator negotiating severance and separation agreements, wrongful termination, or issues of change of control or other transitional complications and challenges
- Key employees who are in need of expert employment representation or are dissatisfied with their current representation.
I am committed to helping C-Level executives, senior executives and business leaders capitalize on their success and achievements. To learn more about my services or to schedule an initial consultation, please contact me at rob@attorneyadelson.com or call 617-875-8665.
