In this diagnostic, I offer to review a purchase order, sales contract, software development agreement, licensing agreement, distribution or marketing agreement, for you, in your position as buyer or seller, licensor or licensee, vendor or user in a current proposed business transaction. I will review the document and give you oral comment (likely a ½ hour of comment) for a low fixed price to be negotiated.
In this diagnostic, it is my goal to review and analyze a situation worth 5 or even 6 figures (i.e. worth tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of dollars to you), and for the low fixed price to give a review the core document and then oral recommendations and action items for you.
In essence, you are not paying me to tell you just what’s there, but what should be there and what ought to be there from your perspective. You are paying me to tell you what is needed based on my more than 30 years’ experience as a business, tax, contracts, employment and intellectual property law attorney.
From those recommendations, it is my goal to empower you with knowledge. If the comments are important enough for your situation you may go the next step to hire me at further charge to draft one or more documents for you to present or for me to negotiate for you, or alternatively to take the recommendations of the diagnostic and run with them yourself. I will have met my goal of delivering real value and you can then use the work as you wish.
